The errands you tick count. At the start they are the ones the LAGE score counts.

Every one of the 331,003 addresses has its own score

Building projects: Vienna · Graz · Linz · Salzburg · Klagenfurt · St. Pölten · Innsbruck · Villach · Dornbirn · Wels

The open data behind the scores differs between cities, so compare scores within one city. * The noise maps here cover major roads, railways and airports. Quietness on side streets is an estimate and carries the label “estimated”.

The LAGE score

LAGE, a score from 0 to 100, sums up how good an address is as a place to live. Before a viewing you see whether the place is quiet, well connected and green, and you can compare it with the other flats on your list.

Where the data comes from

Official open data

Cadastre and address register (BEV), Statistik Austria, open data of the states and cities, the national noise and flood maps. Every value names its source.

We name the gaps

Some cities publish less than others. Where a part is missing, the score names the gap, and quietness from an estimate carries the label “estimated”.

Origin and religion stay out

Data on residents' origin, religion or nationality, and anything that stands in for it, stays out of the report. Such data describes the people who live somewhere, and the report describes the home.

Independent

We leave selling flats, valuations and leads to others. The report describes the location, so you arrive at the viewing with the right questions.
