On 15 October 2026 Lagecheck went live. Every address in Vienna, Graz, Linz, Salzburg, Innsbruck, Klagenfurt, Villach, Wels, St. Pölten and Dornbirn now has a page of its own, with the LAGE score and the data behind it.
What you find
- Address pages with LAGE, a score from 0 to 100, and its parts. They cover quietness, air quality, public transport, green space, everyday errands and natural hazards.
- The full building report with the noise at every facade, flood areas, zoning, heritage protection, hot days, the people who live nearby and building works in the area.
- City maps with every neighbourhood, and a page for each neighbourhood.
- Your priorities. You set how much each part matters to you, and the maps and reports show your own LAGE.
- The finder names the five neighbourhoods of a city that fit your priorities best.
- The comparison puts up to five addresses side by side and names what sets them apart.
Where the data comes from
Every value comes from official open data, such as the address register of the BEV, Statistik Austria and the open data of the states and cities. The method page explains the rule behind each score, and the sources page lists every source with its licence.
